Our Home Restaurant is located in the heart of Salaparuta, but you will feel as though you are immersed in a magical atmosphere thanks to the breathtaking view of the surrounding picturesque vineyards.
Our kitchen, adorned with colorful ceramics, is a tribute to Sicilian tradition and craftsmanship.
Here, your passionate and talented host, Calogero, will bring to life exquisite dishes inspired by local delights and Mediterranean flavors, prepared on the spot.

Here is the 2024 menu/pairing*:
- Alikase Chardonnay 2023 paired with fresh ricotta mousse, mint, and bottarga;
- Lunedda Grillo 2023 paired with Cous Cous alla Norma with salted ricotta;
- Salitano Catarratto 2023 paired with Pane Cunzato prepared live;
- Alikase Nero d’Avola 2021 paired with a parmigiana medallion and three fish arancini.
