We combine the cultivated Sicilian autochthonous in the high hills to give fruit and freshness to wine, and the International cultivated low quota to maintain high acidity and balance. Simple.
The nose present fresh aromas of lemon zest, wild oranges, citrus blossom and mineral overtones thanks to Salaparuta soil. On the palate, a dry, medium-bodies white wine whit a vibrant acidity and a persistent finish.
Rich straw yellow
2017 was a warm, dry summer witch led to very consistent vintage. Harvest kicket off a little earlier than average, whit firs picking starting on 15 sept.
Deep alluvial clay soil, whit good content of limestone. West-facing gentle slopes
The fruit is individually handpicked and whole bunch pressed to ensure purity and concentration of flavors. Fermentation occurs in stainless-steel tanks. Once vinification is finished, the two wine are blended and aged in small stainless-steel vats for 3 months before being bottle
Best served at 15° C.
Perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish dishes and white meat; It pairs well whit fresh cheeses
